[This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all individuals and organisations that have enrolled in or paid for any training programme, workshop, or consulting service offered by EDMITE Solutions.]

⚠️ Course fee does not include accreditation body exam fees — see Section 03 for exam fee policy.
Examination & registration fees paid to any awarding or accreditation body on your behalf are strictly non-refundable once submitted — this is a policy of the awarding body, not EDMITE Solutions.
● Exam fees are invoiced separately from course tuition fees
● EDMITE Solutions will clearly communicate the exam fee amount before enrolment
● If you withdraw before exam registration is submitted, the exam fee will not be charged
● Exam deferrals are subject to the awarding body’s own deferral policy & any applicable fee
● EDMITE Solutions is not liable for any exam fee once remitted to the awarding body
● Valid for 12 months from date of issue
● Can be applied to any EDMITE programme
● Non-transferable to third parties
● No cash value once issued
● One free transfer per booking (14+ days’ notice)
● Subsequent transfers: [fee] per request
● Subject to availability on requested date
● Must be used within 6 months of original date
💡 Course credit is our preferred resolution — it keeps your learning journey on track with no financial loss.
● Groups of [5+] learners are subject to a separate Corporate Booking Agreement
● Cancellation of a group booking within 14 days of start: 25% cancellation fee applies
● Individual learner substitutions within a group are permitted at no extra charge
● Corporate credits valid for [18] months and transferable within the same organisation
● Bespoke / in-training programmes: terms agreed in writing at point of contract
ℹ️ EDMITE Solutions reserves the right to cancel any programme with fewer than [minimum] enrolments.
● Once you have accessed any online course content, a cash refund cannot be issued
● A course credit may be granted within [5] days of access if less than [20%] of content viewed
● Pre-recorded course content is non-refundable once downloaded or streamed
● Live online sessions follow the same cancellation tiers as classroom programmes

📄 This policy is reviewed annually or following any significant change in operations, accreditation requirements, or regulatory framework. The current version supersedes all previous versions.
